In 1941 the U.S. Marines selected 29 Navajo men to be Code- Talkers for the U.S. war going on in the Pacific. Their language was unwritten and
therefore perfect to use for an unbreakable code. This Code was used in WW2 in the Pacific Ocean against the Japanese and helped in aiding the allies win. |
